My name is Lena Christou RNT, ANP, BANT, and I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist, Skin Specialist, and Health Coach. I have also been a Beauty Therapist for 30 years, with my own clinic specialising in skincare concerns, such as Acne, Rosacea, Eczema, and Psoriasis.
I passionately believe in educating you to better understand your individual health needs, giving you the tools to take back control of your health. Using the Functional Medicine model, I believe in not just treating the symptoms, but getting to the root cause of a condition in order to best address your needs. I work with nutrition, Nutrigenomics, lifestyle advice, therapeutic doses of supplements, Bach Flower remedies, Kinesiology, and my own Homeobotanical tinctures, to offer a personalised programme to help you on your path to wellness.
